Lower fermentation, unfiltered, golden color, matured in cold cellars – this is Birzu LEGENDA unfiltered beer. It has moderately sweetish malt flavor gently intertwined with the noble German hop bitterness and aroma. Bitterness balances flavor to perfection. Pairs well with fish, salad, and poultry dishes.
